What type of support do you provide?

An explanation of the ways we provide support to our Green Hosting clients.

We provide 3 types of support for Green Hosting:

Green Hosting Guides

Our Green Hosting support section provides a range of guides to cover common queries on setting up and using your Green Hosting account, managing your control panel and e-mails.

Use the categories listed on the support pages or search to find help topics for a quick and easy solution to your queries.

If you can't find the answer you're looking for ask us for support using our helpdesk. This is the fastest and most secure way to get a message to us and to discuss your account.

Level 1 - Emergency Support

Emergency support relates to server issues only. Once we have been alerted about an emergency support request we will investigate this. If the server is functioning properly and support is still required, this request will be moved to level 2 support.

Level 1 support is included in your basic Green Hosting subscription payments.

Our Green Hosting clients can contact us for support through our helpdesk.

Level 2 - Support & Consultation

If you cannot find the support documents you need on our website and you require assistance outside of emergency support or support not relating to the website hosting itself, this may incur a cost. We recognise that some support requests may take very little time and others may need more involved input. We will apply appropriate charges for level 2 support at our discretion. If support is charged, pricing is as follows:

  • 15 minutes = £15.00
  • 30 minutes = £30.00
  • 1 hour = £60.00
