Lost username or password

When you sign-up for Green Hosting you will receive two logins:

• Billing Area - to manage your payments and renewals
• cPanel - to manage your hosting account and e-mails

Client area

If you have lost the password for the billing area, visit the link sent to you in the original welcome e-mail and use the 'forgot password' link.

cPanel

If you have lost the username or password for your hosting account cPanel, please contact us via the support helpdesk
