Your website will not automatically transfer from your old host to Green Hosting. Here is what you need to rememer when moving to our hosting.
If you are transferring your existing website from another host to Green Hosting
You or your web designer will need to upload your website files to your new Green Hosting account. Once you have your new account details you will have everything you need to do this.
You will also need to change your domain settings to 'point' it to your website's new location at Green Hosting. We will provide DNS details for you to do this. Or we may be able to do this for you. Please ask.
If you need support transferring your website to Green Hosting please let us know. We provide a website transfer service which starts at £25 and you can add this on checkout when you sign up for Green Hosting.
