How do I sign up and what happens next?
Once you have chosen a Green Hosting package to suit your website you will need to sign up to our service. This means you fill in a form which asks for your contact details, which package you need and how you intend to pay your subscriptions (monthly or annually). You will also need to agree to our Green Hosting terms.
Once you complete the sign up form we receive a notification e-mail. Green Hosting is not an automated service, each account is created by a member of our team. We will contact you to confirm your details and arrange your first subscription payment.
Green Hosting subscription payments may be made monthly via PayPal or annually via cheque or bank transfer. We do not accept monthly payments by cheque or direct debit. We are not able to accept credit card payments by telephone (see more details about Green Hosting payments).
Within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) of receipt of your first subscription payment we will create your new Green Hosting account. We will send your new account details by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided on sign-up (unless we ask for an alternative address). These details should be kept safe and only shared with those who need access to your hosting control panel and website files.
You will use your Green Hosting account details to publish your website, manage your Green Hosting control panel and create e-mail addresses.
