Does my existing website automatically transfer from my old host to Green Hosting?
No, your website will not automatically transfer. You or your web designer will need to upload your website files to your new Green Hosting account.
You will also need to change your domain Nameserver or 'A' Record details .
When you are ready for your site to be publicly viewable you will need to remove or replace the Green Hosting holding page which is published when your account is set up.
If you need support uploading your website files to Green Hosting then we can provide this to you. On sign up of your Green Hosting account, just let us know that you need this support with some basic details of your existing website and we will get back to you with a price for this work.
