Lost Username & Password
The username and password provided to you when your Green Hosting account was set up is required for logging in to your hosting control panel and FTP.
If you have lost your username and password we may re-send the original details to you or reset and send new details.
If you have changed your password since your account was set up, we cannot retrieve this for you.
Please note that if your hosting account password is changed at any time you must notify anyone who needs access to that account or anyone who needs the details for FTP (such as your web designer).
