What type of support do you provide?

We provide 3 levels of support for Green Hosting:

Level 1 - Emergency Support

Emergency support relates to server issues only (i.e. if the server is not functioning properly). Once we have been alerted about an emergency support request we shall investigate this. If the server is functioning properly and support is still required, this request will be moved to level 2, hourly rate support.

Level 1 support is included in your basic Green Hosting subscription payments.

Existing Green Hosting clients may request support by opening a helpdesk support ticket.

Level 2 - Hourly Support & Consultation

If you cannot find the support documents you need on our website and you require support from the Green Hosting team, we can provide this at an hourly rate. We recognise that some support requests may take very little time and others may need more involved input. We will apply appropriate charges for level 2 support at our discretion. If support is charged, pricing is as follows:

  • 15 minutes = £15.00
  • 30 minutes = £30.00
  • 1 hour = £60.00

Level 3 - Green Hosting Guides

Our Green Hosting support page provides a range of guides to cover common queries on setting up and using your Green Hosting account, managing your control panel and e-mails.
