How can I pay my Green Hosting subscriptions?
After you have signed up for a Green Hosting account and confirmed your details we will ask for your first subscription payment.
Green Hosting subscription payments may be made monthly via PayPal or annually via cheque or bank transfer. We do not accept monthly payments by cheque or direct debit and we do not take credit card payments by telephone.
Monthly subscriptions
If you chose to pay monthly via PayPal we will send you a link via e-mail to activate your monthly subscription payments. You do not need a PayPal account to do this, just a valid debit or credit card.
These payments will be taken from your account automatically each month via PayPal. If you cancel these payments then we may assume that you no longer wish to use Green Hosting and cancel your account. So, please let us know if you do decide to cancel our service or if there are likely to be any problems with your payments.
If the debit / credit card associated with this subscription expires then the payments will fail and you will receive notification from PayPal by e-mail. Please do not ignore any payment failure notifications. If your Green Hosting payments are not kept up to date then we may assume you no longer want to use the service and suspend / close your account.
Annual subscriptions
If you choose to pay annually via bank transfer or cheque we will send you an invoice to pay for the full first year subscription.
We will send you notice of your annual subscription renewal 30 days before it is due. We will send this notice and invoice via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided on sign up.
If your annual subscription renewal payment is not received by the renewal date then we may assume that you no longer wish to use our Green Hosting service and suspend / cancel your account.
