I have already purchased a domain name. Can I use this with Green Hosting?
If you already have a domain name, that's no problem. As long as the domain name isn't already being used for a different website you can use this domain for the website you're going to host with us.
To use your existing domain with Green Hosting you will need to be able to change the Nameserver or 'A' Record details (we will provide the details to you). You may either have access to your domain account to do this or your domain registrar may need to do this for you.
In some cases we may be able to change these settings for you if you are able to give us access to your domain account.
Please ask about existing domains when you sign up for your Green Hosting account.
