Q. How long will it take to process my order?
A. Once payment is processed Domain registration is usually complete within 72 hours and your green hosting account will normally be setup within 24 hours.

Q. I want to register several domains - can you do this for me?
A. Yes absolutely - we can register domains for you at competitive rates.

Q. Is there a setup fee?
A. There are no setup fees for Make Hay Clients. If you need help setting up your account then we charge a £25 admin fee.

Q. Can I change packages later and is there a fee?
A. Yes you can change packages and no there are no fees for this service. Simply contact us and we will handle the rest.
