Authenticating sending domains in your e-mail marketing or newsletter platform

Your e-mail marketing platform may ask you to ensure your e-mail sending domain is authenticated. This is to meet industry standards, cut down on spam and improve your newsletters’ deliverability.

The settings for this will vary depending on the platform you are using. They should provide instructions on how to do this, for their specific requirements.

You can find the domain records that you need to edit in your Green Hosting cPanel.

If you need to add a TXT record or a CNAME, you can use the ‘Zone Editor’ under the ‘Domains’ heading in the cPanel dashboard.

SPF records can be found in ‘Email Deliverability’ under the ‘Email’ heading in cPanel.

Be very careful making any changes and ensure you follow instructions carefully to avoid disrupting your e-mail service.
