Please always check to make sure your payment method is correct, with an up to date and current debit/credit card or PayPal account.

If your payment details are correct and up to date then the renewal payment should be able to be taken automatically.

If for any reason, our billing system was not able to automatically renew using your saved payment method, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. Please then check and update your payment method as needed.
